Idea of the conference

Idea of the conference came from dr Dmitrij Kacy from SPBGU and is a continiuation of a nice tradition of interactive conferences run by dr Kacy with partners all around the world. Idea is to create group in Russia (SPBGU) and group in Poland (ISM UW) and to debate on the topic without getting out of your bed. That way of thought interaction brings lots of benefits and most of all is cheap and less time consuming. Also questions and essays are much more tight and precise. Topic of Kaliningrad was chosen due to different factors, most of all because it is common border area and region is still undiscovered by young scholars or students. If the conference will be succesful we hope to create publicable paper and publish it in Poland or in Russia.
