2.Send it in format doc or docx on kaliningradsissue@gmail.com,
3. Get confirmation and check out your essay on http://kalingradsissue.blogspot.ru/
4. Take part in discussion with other conference members!

How to do it?
1. Use your gmail account in order to make a comment under other essays
2. If you don’t have gmail account write as well to kaliningradsissue@gmail.com

DEADLINES

1. Write on kaliningradsissue@gmail.com that you are ready to participate,
application proces will be open till 18.04
2. Sending esseys - 25.04 – 09:00 AM (GMT +3)
3. Make all your commentaries till 30.04 23:59 (GMT +1)

Important Rules:

1. Comment posts of others
2. Do not insult others in commentaries
3. Read the summary of conference ( avaliable in the following week)
